Subscription & Billing

AirAssure subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, change, or view your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, you can restore your subscription from within the app: open Settings โ†’ Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, contact us.

Does AirAssure work in airplane mode?
Yes! AirAssure is designed to work 100% offline. All checklists, breathing exercises, grounding tools, and distraction games function without any internet connection. The only feature that requires internet is the initial subscription purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings โ†’ tap your name at the top โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ AirAssure Pro โ†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. You can also follow Apple's guide here.
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes the first two checklist sections (24 Hours Before and At the Airport โ€” 14 items total), the 4-7-8 guided breathing exercise, and the 5-4-3-2-1 sensory grounding exercise. These are fully functional tools, not limited demos.
What does AirAssure Pro unlock?
Pro unlocks three additional checklist sections (During Takeoff, Turbulence, and Landing โ€” 17 more items), progressive muscle relaxation, mental distraction games, unlimited flight log with badges and streaks, pre-flight notification reminders, and new content every week.
Is AirAssure a replacement for therapy?
No. AirAssure is a self-help tool that uses evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you manage flight anxiety. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice or treatment. If you experience severe anxiety, we encourage you to consult a licensed healthcare professional.
What languages does AirAssure support?
AirAssure supports 7 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Japanese. The app automatically detects your device language โ€” no manual selection needed.
Is my data private?
Completely. AirAssure stores all data locally on your device. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking. We don't collect any personal information whatsoever. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings in the app โ†’ scroll to the bottom โ†’ Reset All Data. This will clear all checklist progress, flight logs, and preferences. Alternatively, uninstalling the app removes all data automatically.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at support@airassure.app with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful. We take bugs seriously and fix them quickly.
